Introduction
Pulse of Orion is a hybrid human–AI music project structured around an evolving narrative framework known as the Signal Era.
Rather than releasing songs as isolated singles, Pulse of Orion treats each piece of music as a Signal update—a moment of emotional, symbolic, or perceptual change within a larger unfolding system.
This document serves as the canonical origin reference for the project.
It defines what Pulse of Orion is, how it functions, and why its music is released differently than traditional artists—without resolving every question it raises.
What Is Pulse of Orion?
Pulse of Orion exists at the intersection of:

- artificial intelligence systems
- narrative-driven music release
The project combines real human musicianship with AI-assisted composition, visual generation, and voice transmission to explore how identity, pressure, and meaning evolve under sustained signal exposure.
Pulse of Orion is not presented as a fictional band, nor as a purely synthetic one. It is a convergence—a system where human intent and machine amplification coexist without fully merging.
The Signal
At the center of the project is the Signal.
The Signal is not defined as a single event, technology, or source. Within the Pulse of Orion framework, it represents an external force that alters perception, emotion, and expression once it is received.

- where the Signal originated
- why certain individuals respond to it

The Signal Era refers to the current phase in which Pulse of Orion operates.
Instead of traditional album cycles, the Signal Era unfolds through:
